Tapioca with Juicy Mango [Sagoo Mang]

Let’s prepare a little snack or dessert for baby. I got some last mangoes of the season and thought I will do something sweet and yummy with those juicy mangoes.

I am super fan of tapioca pearls and mainly when I go to chinese restaurants! I always look for tapioca served with ice cream. For me it is an absolute must each time.

So here comes the idea to combine both the tapioca with mangoes.

Instructions
  1. Prepare all your ingredients. Wash the tapioca at least 5 times to remove the starch.
  2. Make sure you get ripe juicy mangoes.
  3. Blend the mangoes in puree.
  4. Prepare 10g of tapioca pearls.
  5. On the stove, put the baby milk together with the coconut milk to boil. Do not overheat just make sure little bubbles start to appear.
  6. Add the tapioca and stir for 5 minutes or till the pearls become transparent.
  7. READY! Just add the mango puree before serving.
  8. Mango Tapioca Dessert 🙂
