Yummy roasted vegetables for babies, toddlers or parents 🙂
If ever you are planning to have roasted vegetables together with your chicken for dinner, think that you can use the vegetables and blend for your baby. One cooking…one family. No need to think about what to cook for the kids. Even babies can enjoy these lovely tastes.
Today we are roasting potato, carrots and zucchini. I got lovely baby zucchinis and they are so pretty for kids who are learning to eat on their own. Roasted vegetables can be given to children and the same ingredients can be blended for babies.
Here we go for the preparation:
Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients by washing them and rubbing away the soil.
- Cut the vegetables in lenghts so that they can also be easy to eat for kids learning to hold to eat.
- Add some herbs de provence/or oregano to the vegetables. You can add salt and pepper for older kids. Drizzle some olive oil on top of the vegetables.
- Grill for 25-30minutes in the oven by turning the vegetables at mid cooking.
- Vegetables are roasted and can be eated by older kids and parents as a side dish.
- Blend it for babies 🙂
