Helloo mummies, today simple recipe with red lentils and pipengaille for my baby. I wanted to prepare something simple with only 2 ingredients and slow cook so that I can leave the food on stove while looking after my baby.

Instructions
- Peel the pipengaille before cooking.
- I would advise to soak the lentils before cooking to remove all the impurities. Add some water enough to cover the lentils by 5cm and add the cut pipengaille.
- Let cook on slow flame for about 20 minutes. Add some water in case it is too dry as cooking depends on the intensity of your flame. READY ! As simple as this 🙂

I added some rice to the preparation to make the dish more consistent. Blend to the texture that you prefer 🙂
