Red Lentils & Pipengaille

  1. Peel the pipengaille before cooking.
  2. I would advise to soak the lentils before cooking to remove all the impurities. Add some water enough to cover the lentils by 5cm and add the cut pipengaille.
  3. Let cook on slow flame for about 20 minutes. Add some water in case it is too dry as cooking depends on the intensity of your flame. READY ! As simple as this 🙂
