Let’s play with shades of green – see how pretty this puree for baby is.
We will today cook pipengaille, potato and spinach. Pipengaille will give a sweet taste, potato a rich consistency and the spinach will make baby as strong as popeye!! 🙂
My baby does not like spinach puree on its own so always need to find ways to make her have her share of iron. Therefore this is a perfect combination food.

- 1 piece pipengaille
- 1 unit Potato
- Spinach few leaves

Instructions
- Peel the pipengaille and potato after washing. Soak the spinach leaves to make sure there is no residue.
- Cut the vegetables in a size that will be easy for steaming/cooking.
- Steam all the ingredients for 15 minutes.
- All the vegetables are properly steam.
- Blend them all together with some olive oil / butter / or coconut oil. Read more about GOOD FATS*
