Puree Beetroot & Potato [Betrav & Pomdeter]

• 0.5 Beetroot Already steamed & frozen or you can do from scratch
• 1 Potato
• Water Mineral or boiled
• thyme Few leaves

Instructions

1. Take beetroot {See Recipe Notes} that you will put at bain-marie

   
2. Steam washed and sliced potato for 15 minutes. When blending, you can add herbs such as thyme. READY!
