Some vegetables in my fridge left… and actually this mixture did work very well for my baby.
Mixing ridge gourge, sweet potato and watercress does taste very good for her. It was the first time that I put watercress in her diet. I washed the watercress properly and added to the steamed vegetables 2 minutes before the end of the cooking.

- Prepare all your ingredients: * Wash the sweet potato properly before peeling to remove the soil * Peel the pipengaille * Soak and wash the watercress
- Steam the sweet potato and the pipengaille for 15 minutes. 2 minutes before the end of the cooking, add the watercress. BLEND to your preferred consistency. and it's Ready!
