Prepare all your ingredients:
* Wash the sweet potato properly before peeling to remove the soil
* Peel the pipengaille
* Soak and wash the watercress
Steam the sweet potato and the pipengaille for 15 minutes. 2 minutes before the end of the cooking, add the watercress.
BLEND to your preferred consistency.
