Kids do not like vegetables – this is a common statement! I do believe that kids can easily eat vegetables if you make it interesting 🙂 for example we will discover today this simple stir fry. You can give both to babies or toddlers – and why not parents !
This recipe can be tailored as you wish putting whichever vegetables you prefer or have on hand.

Ingredients
- Few stems Asparagus
- 1/2 Zucchini
- 1 Carrot
- 1 small Onion
- 1 tsp garlic
- oyster sauce (for toddlers only)
- light soya sauce (for toddlers only)
- 1 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tsp Oil for cooking only

Instructions
- Prepare your vegetables - Here i used asparagus, carrot and zucchini.
- Cut the vegetables in long and let to soak.
- In a wok, add the oil and the garlic paste.
- Add the onion. Add the oyster sauce if you are using.
- Once the onion becomes a little translucent, add the vegetables. Add light soya sauce if you are using.
- Add cornstarch mixed with water to the vegetables to have more sauce - mainly if you will grind for babies.
- This is your stir fry READY. You can make a "bol renverser" with these vegetables.
