Perfect Stir fry Veggies for kids

  1. Prepare your vegetables – Here i used asparagus, carrot and zucchini.
  2. Cut the vegetables in long and let to soak.
  3. In a wok, add the oil and the garlic paste.
  4. Add the onion. Add the oyster sauce if you are using.
  5. Once the onion becomes a little translucent, add the vegetables. Add light soya sauce if you are using.
  6. Add cornstarch mixed with water to the vegetables to have more sauce – mainly if you will grind for babies.
  7. This is your stir fry READY. You can make a “bol renverser” with these vegetables.
