I have mixed those leaves with a lot of vegetables that will give a extra multivitamin soup for your kids and also for parents. Let’s see this simple soup recipe:
Instructions
- Prepare all your vegetables - carrots, zucchini, calebasse, potato and beetroot
- Wash and chop them in small pieces.
- Put all the vegetables in the pressure cooker with enough water for cooking.
- After cooking for 4 whistles, the vegetables are ready.
- Prepare your moringa leaves by removing the stem and keeping only the leaves.
- Soak the leaves for 15 minutes to make sure all small impurities are removed.
- Add the moringa leaves. Let cook for 2 minutes.
- Mash the soup to the consistency that you want.
- Add some shredded cheese to the soup.
- If you are feeding a baby, I would recommend that you sieve the soup as the moringa leaves can leave some little stems.
- Sieve the soup for babies else toddlers and parents can easy eat without this step.
- Multivitamin soup is READY!
