- 1 cup black lentils
- 1 Tomato
- 1 piece Calebasse
- 1 Onion small
- thyme
- Ginger/Garlic
- 1 egg boiled

Instructions
- Prepare all your ingredients.
- Pressure cook the black lentils and the calebasse with sufficient water.
- In a seperate pan, put some oil, chopped onion and ginger/garlic paste. Once the onion becomes translucent, add chopped tomato and the thyme leaves. Allow to cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Once the tomato sauce is ready, add to the cooked lentils. Stir and cook for another 5 minutes.
- Blend everything to the consistency that you prefer.
- Serve with boiled eggs or without for vegetarians.
