Special healthy nuggets for babies and kids. This can be given to babies as from 10 months old.
It is super easy food and a great way to teach them how to eat by themselves. My baby enjoys it a lot and would hold the nugget in her hand by crushing it and eat slowly. Super easy to make and healthy.
Parents can also eat the same thing as a side accompaniment.

Ingredients
- 1 Carrot
- 1 tbsp rice flour
- 1 tbsp gram flour chickpeas flour
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- salt optional
- Oil for frying

Instructions
- Grate one carrot.
- Add the rice flour.
- Add the gram flour.
- Add the cumin powder and salt (salt is optional depending on the age). Mix everything and make some round balls that you flatten to obtain the nuggets shape.
- Put a little oil in a pan and fry on low flame. You can also bake the nuggest at 180degrees for 20 minutes.
- Ready to be eaten 🙂
