Kids Carrot Nuggets

  1. Grate one carrot.
  2. Add the rice flour.
  3. Add the gram flour.
  4. Add the cumin powder and salt (salt is optional depending on the age). Mix everything and make some round balls that you flatten to obtain the nuggets shape.
  5. Put a little oil in a pan and fry on low flame. You can also bake the nuggest at 180degrees for 20 minutes.
  6. Ready to be eaten 🙂
