Mummies, here is a super simple puree I did today for my baby. I called it the greeny puree.
My mother in law cleaned some green beans while I was visiting so I took some to combine with calebasse that I already had at home. The puree was very green and also tasted very good for baby. My husband hates calebasse so whenever I do this puree for my baby, I keep some that I cook in some oil after steaming and eat it with roasted chicken /meat as a side dish. It can easierĀ replace mash potatoes.

Instructions
- Prepare your vegetables by soaking the calebasse for 1-2 hours. I usually leave mine overnight as I took them in the morning before going to work.
- Cut the vegetables in an easy and fast way for steaming.
- Blend it all to the consistency that you prefer.
