Delicious black lentils together with pipengaille (ridge gourd)..
Today baby is feeling hungry to recover from all her activities of the weekend, so I decided to give her something more consistent with pasta for the first time. I choose Panzani angel hair (cheveux d’ange), not adveritising for any brand but I thought this type of pasta was just perfect for babies as they cook in 3 mins and can easier to eaten by babies and toddlers.
Pasta used: Panzani Cheveux d’ange
Same as vermicelle and cooked in 3 minutes.

- 1 pipengaille (also know as Ridge gourd/luffa)
- 1 cup black lentils
- 1/2 cup pasta (cheveux d'ange/vermicelle/angel hair)

Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients - pipengaille / black lentils and pasta.
- Put the lentils and vegetable in a pressure cooker and let cook for 4-5 whistles for the mixture to become very soft.
- Your lentils and vegetable mixture is ready
- Add the pasta and let boil 3-5 minutes
- Delicious puree is ready 🙂
