Delicious Lentils and Pipengaille
Ingredients

(also know as Ridge gourd/luffa)

black lentils
1/2
cup
pasta
(cheveux d’ange/vermicelle/angel hair)
Instructions
Prepare your ingredients – pipengaille / black lentils and pasta.
Put the lentils and vegetable in a pressure cooker and let cook for 4-5 whistles for the mixture to become very soft.
Your lentils and vegetable mixture is ready
Add the pasta and let boil 3-5 minutes
Delicious puree is ready 🙂
