Baby Food – Leek, Carrot & Patisson

This is a nice vegetable combination for baby. Leek is a good source of manganese, vitamin B6, copper, iron, folate and vitamin C. Therefore to make the most of all the vitamins in the vegetables, we will try a mix of leek, carrot and patisson for the little one.

Once the vegetables are steamed, you can grind them in the consistency that you prefer (depending on your baby age).

  1. Prepare your vegetables by washing them and soaking in water for at least 1 hr.
  2. Cut the vegetables in small sizes for steaming.
  3. Ready for steaming 15 minutes.
  4. Steaming done! Blend as you prefer.
