This is a nice vegetable combination for baby. Leek is a good source of manganese, vitamin B6, copper, iron, folate and vitamin C. Therefore to make the most of all the vitamins in the vegetables, we will try a mix of leek, carrot and patisson for the little one.

- Prepare your vegetables by washing them and soaking in water for at least 1 hr.
- Cut the vegetables in small sizes for steaming.
- Ready for steaming 15 minutes.
- Steaming done! Blend as you prefer.
