Avocarrot [Avocado & baked Carrot]

Combination of ripe avocado, baked carrot and blanched tomato gives a rich combination for your babies.

Avocado is a very rich in “good fat” that is ideal for baby’s brain and development. It is also known as a very complete fruit to have.

We will also blanched tomato in this recipe, mainly for the reason that the skin of tomato is hard to digest for babies.

Instructions
  1. Prepare all your ingredients.
  2. Cut the carrot in small pieces and drizzle with little olive oil.
  3. Put in oven for 20 minutes at 180degrees.
  4. Blanch 1 tomato for 5 minutes so that the skin can easily be peeled off.
  5. Baked Carrots are ready.
  6. Blanched tomato is ready.
  7. Blend it all together with one ripe avocado.
