Avocarrot [Avocado & baked Carrot]
Ingredients

Avocado

Tomato
1
Carrot
olive oil
Instructions
Prepare all your ingredients.
Cut the carrot in small pieces and drizzle with little olive oil.
Put in oven for 20 minutes at 180degrees.
Blanch 1 tomato for 5 minutes so that the skin can easily be peeled off.
Baked Carrots are ready.
Blanched tomato is ready.
Blend it all together with one ripe avocado.
