Ginger/Garlic paste
Oil
For cooking
salt
to taste and depending on age
Instructions
Cut the chayote in slices after washing properly.
Prepare thyme, chopped onion and ginger/garlic paste.
In a pan put some oil, add onion and the thyme. Add the sliced chayote and stir.
Add the ginger/garlic paste. Cook on slow flame till cooked.
READY! Can be served with some white rice.
