Whenever I want my little one to eat green vegetables, I add a sweet vegetable together…it makes all go down easier.
Today I will use 3 ingredients: Sweet potato, green beans and green peas. Do you remember eating green peas, I used to hate it as a kid although that now I love it in a good briani.

- Prepare your ingredients.
- Wash and peel the sweet potato. Cut them in chunks and clean the green beans by removing the vein.
- Put all the vegetables in a pressure cooker and let whistle 3-4 times.
- The mixture is ready for blending!
