In a pan, add some butter and the onions. Let cook some 1 minutes and once the onions become translucent, add some ginger/garlic paste. Let cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add the cut vegetables to the pan.
Add some herbs. I’ve used some basilic herbs but you can go freestyle, you can substitute with herbs provence or origanum herbs.
Add tomato paste. Let cook till vegetables become soft.
READY!! You can blend to the consistency that you prefer.
