Let’s be more daring now and add three vegetables. We will mix zucchini, potato and pumpkin…it works very nicely as the pumpkin brings the sweetness and the potato brings the consistency. After you tried all those three vegetables seperately to make sure there is no allergy, you can try this recipe.

  1. Get your 3 vegetables ready. Wash and cut them in small pieces
  2. Steam the pieces of vegetables for 15 minutes
  3. When blending add some coconut oil for good fats*
  4. Voila...your puree is ready to be eaten!
