Spinach
olive oil

Mineral or boiled
Instructions
Soak and wash the spinach leaves. I usually soak vegetables to remove pesticides.
Steam the leaves for 10 minutes as they will cook very quickly
Steamed spinach leaves
Blend it with some olive oil. You may add some water if needed for texture and softer puree.
Your spinach puree is ready!!
Recipe Notes
Adding some butter instead of the olive oil also work.
Instead of steaming, try to sauté the spinach leaves in a little olive oil.
You can mix other ingredients to the spinach such as : Carrot / Lentils/ Apple / Potatoes / Sweet Potatoes.
