Patisson
(Around 10 if using baby patisson)
Water
Olive butter
Use any alternative fat
Instructions
Soak patisson and wash them thoroughly.
Peel and cut them in small pieces
Steam for 15 minutes
Steaming done!
Now blending time with water (you can use the steam water / mineral water / boiled water). Also add some fats, here I used olive butter to give it a richer texture.
