Kiri cheese

Instructions
Cut the broccoli in small florets. I usually peel the small stem to avoid having hard pieces.
Soak the broccoli florets in water with salt (gros sel) to remove the small green worms often invisible as they are same colour as the vegetable.
Steam the broccoli for 20 mins
Blend it all together with the Kiri cheese. Add water for easier blending. And your broccoli puree is READY!
