Puree Baked Pumpkin & Sweet Potato[Ziromon ek batat-dous]

By V

Let’s do some baking today for baby.

I got a bit bored to always steam and blend baby’s food so today to make things a bit different and introduce new tastes. Two vegetables that are perfect for baking is pumpkin and sweet potato. We will combine both of them together with a slight taste of cinnamon.

You can use any baking dish but I have a Tupperwear Ultra Pro. I got this for my wedding so I use it whenever I have to bake something for baby as it saves time by half nearly. It’s called Tandem cooking. It’s revolutionary by commencing the cooking in microwave and finishing in oven. Not advertising for it but it’s very practical…goes to the freezer, fridge, microwave and oven. But really no need for this specific equipment, just use a oven safe dish.

Let’s go for the STEP BY STEP IN PICTURES:
