Pumpkin Crumble

Today we will prepare a simple meal for babies. Those little creatures love the sweet taste of pumpkin.

In this recipe, I will combine it with some cheese and bread crumbs. The cheese will add to their dairy intake of the day and bread crumbs was a little experiment for me. I wanted my daughter to have a different texture than always puree puree puree….and it worked perfectly!

Instructions
  1. Wash and cut the pumpkin in small pieces. Steam it for 15 minutes.
  2. Blend the pumpkin.
  3. Put the pumpkin mash in a oven proof dish.
  4. Add some cheese on top of the pumpkin.
  5. Add some bread crumbs. Let roast in oven for 5-10 minutes.
  6. You know it's ready when the cheese melts and that bread crumbs become a yummy golden colour.
