Today we will prepare a simple meal for babies. Those little creatures love the sweet taste of pumpkin.
In this recipe, I will combine it with some cheese and bread crumbs. The cheese will add to their dairy intake of the day and bread crumbs was a little experiment for me. I wanted my daughter to have a different texture than always puree puree puree….and it worked perfectly!

Instructions
- Wash and cut the pumpkin in small pieces. Steam it for 15 minutes.
- Blend the pumpkin.
- Put the pumpkin mash in a oven proof dish.
- Add some cheese on top of the pumpkin.
- Add some bread crumbs. Let roast in oven for 5-10 minutes.
- You know it's ready when the cheese melts and that bread crumbs become a yummy golden colour.
