Ingredients

Chicken
(used one breast)

Potato
Moringa leaves

Onion
Thyme leaves

curry powder
(no chilli)
Instructions
Prepare the ingredients – cut the chicken in small pieces, potato in slices and moringa leaves ready to be removed from their stem.
Soak the moringa leaves in water to remove the impurities.
In a pan, add some oil then add the chopped onions. Once the onions turn translucent, add the chicken. Let it cook.
Add some thyme leaves.
Add the tomato puree.
Add the curry powder diluted in water.
Add the potatoes.
Let it cook so that the potatoes become soft.
Add the moringa leaves.
The moringa leaves are added to the curry.
Let the moringa leaves cook slightly. Do not cover else the leaves will turn yellowish.
