Prepare all your ingredients:
* Onions – Chopped
* Butternut – Baked butter (I had just prepared some or you can use the frozen ones)
* Chicken – Cut in small pieces
* Broccoli – Clean and cut in small florets
* Tomato – Puree
In a pan, put some oil, add the onions and the thyme. Let cook for 1 minute then add the ginger/garlic paste.
Add the chicken – let it cook completely then add the broccoli florets.
Add the butternut.
Add tomato puree and salt.
Add masala curry powder.
Let all the ingredients cook for about 10 minutes on slow flame.
Ready to eat with plain rice.
