Prepare all your ingredients:
a) Pressure cook your lentils or remove from freezer if you have
b) Grate your vegetables
c) Cut your onions
d) Cut your tomato
In a pan, add some oil and add the onions. Let the onions cook and add thyme. The onions should become transparent.
Add the chopped tomato. Then add the ginger/garlic paste.
Add the grated veggies and cooked lentils. Add salt and the spinach.
Let all ingredients cook and you are ready to go.
Serve with some rice.
