Today’s special is saute broccoli with garlic and butter. Who can resist this? I could not and each time I was stealing some broccoli florets… don’t worry it did not cut own her food as I always do extra when I cook this.
This broccoli is a perfect side dish if you are having pasta or roasted chicken/meat.
Today we will serve the vegetable with black lentils and plain rice.

Instructions
- Cut some broccoli florets and let them soak to ensure there is no soil and small worms.
- In a pan, add the butter.
- Add the garlic paste, let it cook on slow flame else it might burn.
- Add the broccoli florets
- Cook for 3-5 minutes.
- The saute broccoli is ready 🙂
- To be served with black lentils and plain rice for your toddlers.
