Kids Dal Pita & Chouchou

Instructions
Prepare your dal and cut the chouchoy (chayote) in pieces. Do not worry about the size of the pieces as they will desolve in the dal.
In a blender, mix tomato, onion, ginger garlic and coriander leaves.
This is how the tomato mixture will look like.
This is the readymade dalpita that I used.
In a pressure cooker, pressure cook the dal with the chouchou with some salt and tumeric powder.
In a pan, cook the tomato mixture with a little oil.
One the mixture is cooked, add the already boiled dal with the chouchou.
Let boil for some minutes. Add the readymade dal pita and cook for recommended time indicated on the packet. READY!! Complete meal in one pot.
