  1. 1) Clean the watercress and soak in water to remove all residues 2) In a pan, put some oil then add the sliced onions. DO NOT LET BURN. 3) Add boiling hot water – sometimes I use drained water from cooking rice to add richness to the soup. 4) Add ginger cut in julienne 5) Add salt 6) Add the watercress – DO NOT COVER else the leaves will turn yellow. DONE!!!
Chicken Liver
  1. 1) Cut the liver in small pieces, marinate with ginger/garlic paste, salt and a little pepper. 2) In a pan, put some oil and add the chopped onions & thyme 3) Add the chicken liver – put on medium flame and let cook 4) Add chopped tomato 5) Put salt and allow to cook. DONE!!
  2. You can blend to the consistency that you want. This is perfect for babies 🙂
