Fried fish with creamy breadfruit mash

  1. Clean your piece of fish.
  2. Marinate the fish with tumeric powder, salt and pepper.
  3. Deep fry the fish in sufficient oil.
  4. Boil the slices of breadfruit.
  5. Mash the breadfruit with some butter.
  6. Make sure that all fish bones are removed.
  7. Bread the fried fish in small pieces and it is ready to be eaten with the mashed breadfruit.
