Butternut & Broccoli Nuggets for whole family

  1. Cut the butternut lengthwise.
  2. Bake the butternut for 45mins to 1 hour depending on the size of the butternut. Just be careful you do not burn them.
  3. I had frozen broccoli, so I unfreeze and cooked them slightly in some butter. Mix the baked butternut, broccoli, breadcrumbs, cheese, herbs and seasonings until they all stick together.
  4. Make some balls and flatten them to get small nuggets.
  5. In a pan, put some oil and let the nuggets cooked on both sides.
  6. Cook until golden.
  7. Butternut Broccoli nuggets are READY!
