I started introducing pulses to my baby’s diet as her tummy does not seem to have enough when eating only vegetables. To makes things more consistent, I chose to introduce pulses by giving black lentils. I waited for my baby to be 8 months before giving lentils as it’s a high source if fiber and protein that can be hard for baby to digest.
This is a very simple recipe that you can also use for adults. It works perfectly for me when I am sick ! 🙂
