Dear mummies and daddies… we did plenty of lunch and dinner posts, let’s have a little snack with baby. I have to admit that I always do a bit more of this one as I love eating it too!
We will do semolina toasts/greau/greo/sooji; however you want to call it. Typical recipe that we do in Mauritius but we will do a baby version today with no sugar and yet as yummy. We will use apple puree instead!! Surprising right but result speak for itself.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Semolina/greo
- 1 tsp Ghee
- 1 pinch Cardamon
- Apple Puree
- Milk/Water Optional

Instructions
- Roast 1 cup of semolina in a dry pan
- Add 1 tsp of ghee and keep stiring
- Keep stirring for 10 mins if using (non-roasted greau)
- Add 1 pinch of cardamon
- Add the Apple puree as sweetener
- READY!
